Women wore and washed it through a full period before we sold a single pack.
Wear + Care, by design
Two halves of one system
Most brands sell you the underwear and leave you alone with the hardest part. We made both halves to work together.
Wear
Bamboo period underwear with a 4-layer gusset. Breathable, leak-proof, beautifully made. It holds through the day.

Care
A detergent made for period blood. The moment it hits water, stains lift and release. Zero scrubbing.
Designed as a duo, not sold in silos. This is Catch & Release.
◆
Engineered specifically for period blood
A dual-enzyme wash, not a generic detergent. Built to break down what everyday soap leaves behind.

Made to work as a system
The underwear catches and holds; the wash makes the fibers release. Two halves doing opposite, complementary jobs.

See it in real life
The pack and the pair where they actually live: a kitchen counter, a laundry room, a drawer. Underneath, the women who tested the wash through a full cycle, in their own words.
The wash in real homes
Ten sheets a pack, about one cycle. It lives on the counter, not under the sink.
One sheet, cold water, twenty minutes. No separate load, no pre-wash.
One pod, straight into the drum. Nothing to measure, nothing to pour.
The Bikini in black, with a 4-layer gusset that holds 20 to 30 mL.

About the detergent
What's the difference between Quick Sheets and Clean Pods?
It comes down to how you wash. Quick Sheets are for hand-washing at the sink, Clean Pods go in the machine. They are two formulations. Both use enzymes that break down period blood in cold water, and the chemistry around those enzymes is built for the job: a sheet has to dissolve in a bowl, a pod in a machine drum. With a sheet: rinse a pair, soak with one sheet for 20 minutes, rinse and hang to dry. With a pod: drop one in with your load and run a cold cycle. A sheet pack covers roughly one cycle; a pod pack holds 3 pods, one per load.
Does it really lift stains and odor?
Yes. A dual-enzyme blend breaks down period blood and the odor it leaves behind instead of masking it. It's lightly scented, cold-water activated, and made without bleach.
Will it wear out my period underwear?
The opposite. Scrubbing and hot washes are what break down the absorbent layer over time. Our wash is cold-water activated and needs no scrubbing or pre-soak, so the fibers that do the work stay intact. Skip fabric softener and the dryer and a pair lasts wash after wash.
Can I use it with any period underwear brand?
Yes. It's built to clean period underwear and absorbent fabrics whatever the label says, because the enzymes target menstrual blood at the fiber level. If a pair came with its own care instructions, follow those too.
Will it work on regular clothes and everyday laundry?
Yes. The same enzyme formula handles a normal load of clothes right alongside your period underwear. For baby items we'd hold off on a blanket yes: the formula includes surfactants, enzymes, and a light fragrance, so patch-test first or check with your pediatrician.
Do I need special machine settings?
No. A normal cold cycle is all it needs, with a Clean Pod tossed in and no pre-wash. Cold water is what keeps the fabric and the enzymes happy.
What does "ships together in one box" mean?
On the 3- and 6-month plans your full run of detergent arrives in one box, so you get fewer deliveries and nothing to reorder. You pay a cycle ahead: the 3-month plan is billed every 3 months at $21.33/mo, the 6-month plan every 6 months at $19.00/mo. Pause or cancel anytime.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime, in a click. Pause it, switch between Sheets and Pods, or cancel whenever you like.
About the underwear
What sizes do you carry, and how do I find mine?
Our chart runs XS to 3XL, and the product page shows which sizes you can order today. Measure your natural waist and the widest part of your hips, then match the size chart. Between two sizes? Go by your hips: size down for a snug fit, up for a relaxed one.
What are they made of?
95% bamboo, 5% spandex, with a lace-trimmed bikini cut meant to feel like your everyday intimates. The pair is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, tested free of harmful substances.
How much can they hold?
Each pair holds 20 to 30 mL, which suits light-to-moderate flow, roughly three to four tampons' worth. We'd rather be straight with you: it's a comfortable everyday layer or backup, not a heavy-flow-only solution.
How do I wash them?
Cold wash with our detergent, by hand with a Quick Sheet or in the machine with a Clean Pod. Skip fabric softener and the dryer, then hang to dry so the fabric holds up wear after wear.
What makes them actually work?
A four-layer absorbent gusset. Those layers catch and hold through the day while the rest of the pair stays breathable. When they hit cold water with our detergent, the fibers release what they held, so it rinses clean instead of setting in.
Still deciding? Take the fit quiz and we'll point you to the right one.
More than a wash
The cycle is a rhythm to honor, not a problem to hide.
Detergent is the doorway, not the destination. We are building a brand for women who want to live their cycle in sync with their nature, and a circle to do it in.
